True. When I was a poor college student back in the late ‘90s, that was a lot of money to me. But I spent it on food and basic human essentials.
If $24-$36 is “a lot of money” for someone to spend over the course of a year, hopefully they are mindful of their priorities.
But considering the context of the rest of the post, and that he seems to he a blatant liar and cheater, I question the credibility of the statement and think it’s part of the larger fabricated story.
