1. If you are paying with a linked credit card, call your bank, at a minimum they can stop any further charges to EA on it by the thief.
2. Change your master EA account password, if you are able too.
3. Stop using third party apps like blue stacks which have in the past connected players to other players accounts by mistake.
4. If playing through IOS, go to your Apple account and gather as many facts about your account t that you can such as recent purchases so you can provide EA proof that it was your account and you did not legally transfer it. If you have spent thousands, then you have plenty of records.
5. Open a ticket with EA Games.
6. Finally, if you had a prior account, make sure you are logging into the Game Center with the correct account info like email address. When I got a new device, it automatically linked to an email address that is not connected to my current account. Just double check, and good luck.
All of these advices souded that they could work, until you read #5.
