Assuming 7.5% base evade chance, Dooku lead takes it up to 22.5%. While this is only a 15% increase, it's a huge increase in terms of relative frequency. 7.5% is roughly 1/13 while 22.5% means you'll see a dodge more than 1 in 5 attacks. Psychologically, this is a huge difference as it
feels like it goes from almost never happening, to happening quite regularly every battle.
I can understand those who suspect that it's more than 15% because it certainly feels like a huge difference, but if you track it and take the base evade chance, it checks out.
