I had just one more GAC to play to finally reach Kyber. And then the news came out that the GAC system was changing to the one we have now. I never reached Kyber.
Your memory fails you a little. There were divisions that were GP based or a certain percentage of your GP based off of your best characters.....(I think they changed it).
The highest GP players were in division 1. By the end of the old Grand Arena, there were a lot of players in division 1. To achieve 'Kyber' you needed to go.....10/2 or 11/1 (wins/losses) in a season. That's how mad the old system was, that many players achieved Kyber every season by totally smashing it, and rarely losing.
As for your point, it would be easier if you had a 'topic sentence' (introduction if you will) and a conclusion. However, you have a good point about the new system will change the way we have to play, after we've been encouraged to play this way for so long.
