My Ea account was banned right after I linked it to my account

Hey everyone! I’m having a pretty frustrating issue that I am facing since July 2025. I used to play on an adroid device back in the day, then I stopped playing for like 2-3years. During that time I’ve changed to ios. I thought it would be a good idea to continue the game, so I went to bluestacks on my pc (it was already downloaded and I played swgoh on pc before as well) to login to my account and link it to my iPhone. It was succesfull, everything was good. A friend of mine suggested to make an Ea account and link it so I can have acces to the webstore so I created it and a few days gone, and it has been suspended stating that I’ve violated terms of services. Of course I went on Ea help and submitted an appel explaining the situation that I did nothing wrong, of course it’s been denied. I tried to open another ticket, but I can’t. It is very unfair in my opinion that I cannot have acces to the webstore, becasue it usually offers free rewards and I am not able to claim them. Also during the years I’ve spent almost 300bucks on the game and I was open to spend some more, but in the current situation I don’t want to, because what if they ban my account just because for ne reason like my Ea account. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I should do in this situation? Tried e-mailing them as well, it’s been over a month and got no reply.
