Who set the prices in their game? EA?
And what exchange rate... have you check the exchange rate of dollar to euro?
Current price of episode pass is 20 US Dollars in USA and 24 Euro in Europe.
Average exchange rate in last 5 years is 1USD = 0.9EUR. The exchange rate for the last month is 1USD = 0.84EUR. Now make some calculations, it is not hard.

As I said, EA don’t set the prices in other regions. That’s Apple / Google, so raise your issue with them.
