Name changing
Can you please make it so that anyone with the default name, Mol Elisa, can change their name? Somehow I missed changing my name and I wish I would have.

You only see the pencil from your own, personal game. You wouldn't see it in someone else's account.
If he doesn't see the pencil in game from the account itself, then he may have joined the game as an underage account, and therefore can not message in the Guild, in Personal Messages, and possibly change his name from a basic one (not certain on this part, but pretty sure).
Okay, is it permanently that way
I don't remember seeing anywhere where you can change it. But I have seen that people who put themselves as underage at 17 in 2016 still have an "underage" account in 2019, even though they are 20 now.
I thought the age was 13 where you could change your name and stuff- It does not make sense though that an underage account can not change their name though
