Is guild shipment the only place for Colonel Ned Stark or will there be a faster farm like cantina for snow han?

Moved to correct sub forum.
He will only be farmable in the guild shipment. Yes a little more rng dependent but many people have issue with all new toons going to cantina nodes as there are a lot of toons to farm there and share energy with mod farming.
