New Account no freebies

I am new to this game and made an account before the ships update and got the freebie Biggs. Now after reading up and creating a strategy. I decided to start a new account. Its a shame that I now wont get any of the past freebies...especially the Biggs who is OP.

What's with Biggs? I didn't even bother training him. He is OP? Not against me. He has felt my power on multiple occasions.
