New Bug in RotE?

At least 2 of our guildmembers can't use their toons in RotE. Neither for operations or battles. The first unlocked Scythe on Monday, so it's 7*. They can't put it in operations nor use it in battles. The second has Traya relic 5 since quite some time and can't use her in Phase 1, neither for battles nor operations. In other game-modes everything seems fine though. Anybody had similar experiences?
