New Galactic Challenges Reward Structure

I don't understand how "win with a specific faction" isn't able to be completed by a F2P player? You might not be able to complete tier 10 every time, but even as a 12m player, I couldn't always complete every faction one on t10.  Example, the gungan ones the poped up every other week for awhile pre update, I didn't get jar jar until those were done.  

I haven't spent in a long time and I used to mainly grab crystals when needed. Then just grabbed tuskens light speed bundle.  I'm on node 44 of the episode track.  The rewards in this game aren't meant for everyone to be able to get max rewards on every event easily, otherwise what would be the point for the bigger players?  I do very much dislike the episode pass feat in every challenge though, refusing to buy the pass due to that being there.
