Is it correct that GL Sith Eternal Emperor will have Empire tag and Master luke will be a rebel ? I say that because toons required to unlock them are empire and rebels so it sounds logical based on ...

Of all the tags I find the rebel one to be the least likely, although I'm not sure why.
They can technically give him the rebel tag but i don't think he will get it either. The rebellion is dead since the empire doesn't exist, so he's no longer a rebel but they gave Cara Dune a rebel tag cause she was a rebel in the past
I think CG will avoid the rebel tag if given the option since its easier to balance things for them right now and in the future with future rebel toons
