StHan and Leia can be obtained from Guild Event token store, Squad Arena token store
FBL can be obtained from Guild token store & nodes
For packs, I haven't bought them, but I remember them to contain less StHan and Leia shards than FBL or OB shards.
I believe it was 25 shards for Leia and StHan and 50 or 80 for the other two.
Edit: I might be thinking another pack than the one you're asking. The pack in my mind was with all four characters in one pack, 25 sthan, 25 leia, 50 or 80 fbl, 50 or 80 ob. Can't remember how many fbl and ob shards it contained
Those with Cantina nodes are easy to obtain, 17 days to farm from 0 shards to 330 shards on average, just from nodes.
