Darth Vader Omicron Ability Touch-Up

No Escape:
At the start of each encounter, Darth Vader gains 8 Speed until the end of the encounter for each of the following: Empire ally, Sith ally, Jedi enemy, and Rebel enemy.

Darth Vader is immune to Turn Meter reduction and recovers 5% Health and 2% Protection whenever a Damage Over Time effect on an enemy expires. Whenever Darth Vader activates Merciless Massacre, dispel Stealth from all enemies.

While in Territory Battles and if all allies are Sith or Empire: At the start of battle, Darth Vader gains +50% Max Health and Max Protection for each active Sith or Empire ally. In addition, he gains +5% Offense, Critical Chance and Critical Damage (stacking) for each Damage Over Time inflicted on an enemy. When he defeats an enemy, the cooldown of Culling Blade is reset.

In TB, his Omicron will make Darth Vader much stronger; durable, and hitting like a truck, especially at the later planets in 'Rise of the Empire', and with the ability to spam Culling Blade, he'll be slicing down Rebel Scum and Jedi left and right. Paired with an omicron'd Imperial Probe Droid, oh my!

imo Darth Vader is kinda weak and should have this as just an overall touch up. Given he was he most feared and most dangerous (debatably) fighter in the Galaxy, his representation in SWGoH is kinda lame.

He is needed in 'Rise of the Empire' on the Death Star, which can only be accessed by Relic 9 Dark Side Units

With the Omicron applied: Merciless Massacre + Force Crush + Culling Blade + Defeating an enemy resetting its cooldown = Victory

Especially when you consider 2 of the 3 TBs he can be used in are centered around demonstrating how formidable the Empire is. DS Hoth is about crushing the Rebellion, RotE is about asserting the Empire's grip on the galaxy.
