Well if someone is p2w (pay to win) the they should decimate those that are f2p (free to play). Just look at the term "pay to win" means they are paying for the win. I mean if you are p2w and not winning doesn't that mean you are not really p2w?
I am personally p2p most of the time "pay to play" I am paying to play the game but don't expect to, and definitely don't, always win.
