Ki-Adi-Mundi is the name and he has lots of wives despite contradicting the Jedi order. The only reason it's permitted is because his species in very endangered.
If you were in a celibate order thats the same excuse you would want to come up with :D listed the ones as the OP mentioned in the last jedi council. If phantom menace and attack of the clones period is fair game then we have a gazillion more jedi missing :P Yaddle, Even Piell, Adi Gallia, Yarael Poof and the list goes on :P
