New mod slice dropping rates
I just spent 400 energy, did x5 sims on four different 'bonus' drop points: got zero drops. Is it working?! This is the bonus time so... What is this?

Did you read the post? It didn't say only 5 mat types. It said 5 sims. It also said 5 mat types that drop a max of 1 mat plus 2 mat types with a maximum drop of 2 mats, for a total of 9 possible drops per sim.
If you skimmed the post you might have thought you knew better, but in fact the original comment was accurate - and even more precise than your general "7 types" observation since it included that information + how many drop 1 mat vs 2.
