The correct way to say it is 7 total you give complete total first not a partial total then add to it . If thats all you can add to a thread is a dispute over a post then it’s unnecessary and useless. So if you say 5 chances,then say 2 chance, those two are now included in the 5 chances thats why you say the complete total of 7 first then you say two of the chances can drop two pieces each. “ each sim drop 5 different mats” then “2 chances to drop 2 mat” that wording does not equal 7 total. They may have taken statistics but not english, perhaps they said for a total of... it would be correct.
