New mod slice dropping rates

I just spent 400 energy, did x5 sims on four different 'bonus' drop points: got zero drops. Is it working?! This is the bonus time so... What is this?

In the 5 days of the bonus "drops", I have a TOTAL of 21 pcs... to make it worse, I have 10pcs of 1 material needed and 0 for several others...

This drop rate is horrendous...
