Mods do need a rework of sorts. I kind of think that if speed is so important i.e. placing speed mods on a tank character, then just put speed as a secondary on every mod. I don't even know how many mods I have attained then immediately sold because they don't have speed. Or the flip side of this would be even better.... increase the other stats so that speed doesn't always trump the other attributes. That would allow tanks to get health/protection/ crit avoidance and not worry about speed because the tank can do what a tank should. An attacker can focus on damage and crit chance and not worry about speed. etc. By having unbalanced attributes that lean heavily on speed, it becomes a chore working with mods.
