That's exactly what they did with Light Side Geonosis Territory Battles for the last 3+ years. It's been barely 10 weeks since they finally provided an easy way to beat the KAM mission -- the last mission still vexing the determined player of LS TB.

What would be ignorant and naive is to fail to realize that CG made money throughout that time.

You may not like it. I may not like it. But creating the problem and selling the solution has made CG over a BILLION dollars on just this one game.

To think that they wouldn't want to continue on the same path that has made this game so profitable is to engage in self-delusion.

I often advocate for CG to change this or that in SWGOH, but I **never, not ever** accuse them of only doing something because they're ignorant and naive.

Talk to their accountants. They're anything but ignorant of how much money this approach has made them.

That was 3 years ago though, when the game was exciting and the player population was a lot more. At this point how many have quit due to datacrons being introduced? Not necessarily as the one thing, just as a catalyst. Even content creators have quit covering SWGOH because of the continuance of tiring "just wait and see" expectations.

But yes, there's someone making decisions at CG who implements based on revenue, not on anything else. They don't have to interact with the community, so they don't care how upset we get, nor how much heat community reps have to deal with. It's easy to hide behind their desk and decide what the way forward is because it has no effect on them.
