Nope! Definitely not in size nor in armament! The CR90 is just too weak to justify a powerful kit that can match ISD and Mon Cals!
It could be more tactical like a support character would be so you’re way off.
I highly doubt CG/EA will make the CR90 a capital ship for any faction! A small corvette can never be counted as a Cap. Ship!
