What's to say that a faction can't have multiple fleet commanders to choose from? What's to say that greivous could have a capital ship AND a regular ship, but you have to choose to use one or the other in battle?
Either way, guess I better farm Nute Gunray now (hopefully he gets reworked too). And I'll farm greivous from FS while I'm at it.
