Why is october toon of the month nighsister spirit ? Is it because of Halloween ? Or they plan to rework again Nighsisters ? Or maybe Separatist (grievous rework). Then separatists will be fight...

I know this ignoring the point of your post, but didn’t Maul have his legs restored by that point?
What do you mean by restored? He had mechanical legs until the end, as seen in Rebels.
But the spider legs are long gone by the time Solo happens. Solo is after all the events of Clone Wars, but before events in Rebels. I'd be super surprised if they gave us Spider Maul, but if they do it wouldn't be unlocked with Solo toons as that wouldn't make much sense.
