Nightsister Zombie Remains at -100% Speed for Entire Battles after Dying Multiple Times?

So there is no bug...? This sounds complicated to use but extremely easy to defeat. This is all because not everyone chose to not gear up one character...? If all tanks had unique punishments for not being awesome I would get it. Like if Teebo hibernates for the rest of battle if he loses all protection, or Old Ben poofs from battle if Vader lands a critical hit on him...but wow. Thanks for the explanation though. It's much appreciated :)
