Regarding the wording of Endless Horde:
"...These effects are neither buffs nor debuffs...."
The wording itself is not confusing. However, the inconsistent use of this wording is confusing. Using the wording here but not for other similar effects (f.ex. Asajj' unique, Old Daka's unique) indicates, that the effect work in different ways, when in fact they don't. All are stacking alteration of the characters stacks. All are neither buffs nor debuffs.
I suggest to either remove the wording in this case or add the same wording to all other abilities with similar effects.
