The main thing about offense mods is that unlike Critical Damage, theres no 2 piece set to back it up offensively. Critical damage is a 4 piece set and then critical chance is a 2 piece set, but theres no 2 piece set to help offense mods in the offensive category other than maybe potency, but that doesn't really directly help increase damage output. I personally feel like offense mods should've been a 2 piece set like defense mods.
For the value of Offense they actually provide, it seems like that would be more appropriate. Although, in the context of using a Nihilus lead, I feel like it might not be that big of a deal, not having a "buddy" set to go with Offense?
