bought the episode pass through the webstore and i collected my rewards but the crystals never applied to my account ? im getting sick of there being a constant issue with just about everything in this game is it that hard ? if im spending money can you make sure i get my god damm rewards its already outrageous you charge $30 AUD for a battle pass when every other game including AAA games charge $15-20
Those crystals normally appear automatically and are added to your current crystals. You don’t get them in your messages to claim them.
Pay attention to the crystals displayed in the top right while in the webstore when you collect coaxium heist crystals and to the webstore tab--the display will refresh and you'll see that you've gained crystals.
yeah i know how it works i had 400 to begin with and 400 after refreshing i didn't get the omega either none of it applied to my account
