Noon local time
http://i.imgur.com/L9C2QSc.png I installed the game in another timezone so i have refreshes at 4 pm, 10 pm and 1 am. So when they say noon local time they mean 4 pm ?

The noon/1pm is the only bonus I can regularly claim. All the others, I'm at work for. On occasion I can get to my phone for the last bonus of the day. When they first started the bonus energy, I asked if they could consider us "night owls" and put one at like 2-3am. Obviously, nothing came of that. You win some, you lose some. Be happy they're doing it at all. Maybe take a "bathroom break" around that time, if that's when you work. Log in, claim, exit. Simple.
