Normal Conquest sector 4 boss battle

Whenever I play final battle in sector 4 (normal mode) of galactic conquest, game starts hanging, keyboard doesn't work properly. Other than this, even if I am having 100% turn meter JTR gets endless chances and data disks effect (I have 3 sets of caustic emission i.e. 6 damage over time effect per turn, vader lead team) also doesn't trigger on her. even after taking too much turn she doesn't get effected by caustic emission.
