Not happy about no pilot Y wing

If this no pilot design becomes pattern even for ships requiring pilots, pilots should be removed from old ships as well.

Ships without pilots gain power different way than ships with pilots which grow with pilot’s gear.

That imo opens questions about power of these ships when they are maxed? Are they supposed to be on the same level like a ship with g12 pilot? Or g13 pilot? Or r7 pilot? Quite difference in resources to build a ship with pilot.

And what if we have another power creep in the future and pilots get stronger due to new mods, abilities or relic levels? Will ships without pilot grow as well.

This is exactly game design which will break in the future and cause ton of issues.

    how are they milking anyone? Rather than needing to grind out the shards/blueprints for a generic character and a ship, we only need to farm the ship. and you will not need to spend tons of gear on a character who's only purpose is to be a pilot.


    Well some ppl chose to invest in ships over arena. And still some “top players” well in their minds who are “never shippers”. Who are now being handed fleets with little investment... no garbage toons to gear... a capital ship all the “arena” people will have relic 7..... and the next capital will have another r7 toon and relicd geos... basically the “never shippers” are being handed fleets while ghe rest of us have investments wasted

    Basically your kraken discord server basically begged the devs for this now they can dominate everything without even trying.... scumbag move imo but they do it all the time

    Apparently, that's the only way they could find to keep milking people and release new simple ships at the same time: make them characters. You're going to need these stars to use them, as they'll be the only way to actually improve their stats. What they're doing is simply removing the pilot variable so you won't just max out the pilot and use the 3 stars ship. No, that's not what they want. They want you to feel the need to max those stars, because they're the only way to make the ship viable.
