Happy at Home Login Rewards Missing

Same here. I unlocked all of the rewards on my xbox. Noticed they had all gone after the Lovestruck pack was released

Having the same problem on ps4!

Hope it gets solved soon because i really like using the cushion for couches :c

I learned a workaround for the missing BB items! Download a room off the gallery with all of the Happy at Home Login Rewards contained and temporarily place it on the lot you're working on. Even though we can't find them in the catalog, they are still in game somehow, so this is how they can be accessed. No idea on a workaround for the CAS items, though.

Same with me, I claimed all the rewards too and play on ps4 console. I noticed them missing right after an update and reported it on September 20th.

Build & Buy Suggestion:

In the meantime until they fix it, I was able to download a room from the EA Gallery with all the items. Add it to a retail shop, priced the items, then sold the shop so all my sims could shop there but so I wouldn't be running the store myself. Each item will go into your sims household inventory at time of purchase so you can use them in their houses. And with each reopening of the store the items were restocked by the game automatically.
