This is brutal. I farmed for months to get the guys. I bought every Marquee pack, spent all my earned crystals on refreshes, and bought the last 20+ Juhani crystals... Only to get blocked at tier 3...

Same here. I really didn’t want to have to use my low zeta stock on these characters, but I think I’m going to have to zeta Carth
Just throwing a zeta on Carth isn't going to cut it.
And don't forget the changes to tags, not all will benefit from carth zeta, since only candarus and juhani are OR the others are SE now
