This is brutal. I farmed for months to get the guys. I bought every Marquee pack, spent all my earned crystals on refreshes, and bought the last 20+ Juhani crystals... Only to get blocked at tier 3...

Even if you do everything right, RNG is still a factor. Lots of players the are fully capable, with squads that are totally ready, are still going to take quite a few tries before they manage it. It's only the people who are *over* geared who are breezing through it on the first try.
