Not received LST. EA help just left me stranded.

Hi All,

I purchased the Kyber LST through the webstore a few days ago, the game rewarded me with 2k crystals instead and I’ve had no luck trying to get any help through EA help in the app. It said go to forums if unsuccessful so here I am trying to figure out what to do next. 
Who can I contact/ how do I contact them to get this sorted? I don’t want a refund but just to have the token I paid for. I haven’t used any of the crystals.
