Apparently the 18 we had to choose from weren't enough. :/

1) They are creating a subfaction of rebels. I doubt mixing rebels and Phoenix will be meta.

2) Clones are awesome right now. They were given some OP zetas.

3) The rebels show is simply more popular than ewoks or Jawas. People are more likely to pay money for rebels than ewoks.

We have a great variety of rebels and yet only the same 5 get used.

No clones are awesome in the AAT and GW. They're lackluster or out right bad everywhere else. If you think these rebels aren't gonna synergize with wiggs/chaze combos, you're gonna be very disappointed.

Sorry mate, let the droid be a droid or make a new faction. Don't add MORE rebels. They're already the most one of, of not THE, most powerful faction in the game

That's not going to happen. Now that we're past the RO hype, they need to fill the space. What better than the Rebels TV show to do that with? Honestly, most of the characters people tend to ask for are largely unknown, while the characters from Rebels are not. They added a faction tag, you can expect several more in the next couple months.
