I disagree. I think they’ve done a tremendous job with their faction passes. I’m using 3 old characters (Acolyte, Ventress, Daka) in arena right now that I had ignored for a year and a half before their rework. The devs did a good job making them relevant again. The CLS event character example was already used. The Ewok and Imperial Trooper reworks weren’t exactly meta worthy, but they certainly turned them into noteworthy factions.
