I think its refering to the time around episode 5 where Vader send BH to find the Falcon. That has nothing to to with young Lando and the old Falcon. Thats at least what I hope. But of course we still lack Dangars ship.

We are also missing 4-LOM, Zuckuss and the Mist Hunter who, at least in 'Tales of the Bounty Hunters' actually found the Rebel fleet after Hoth, though that has probably been relegated to Legends at this point.

Just because it’s never been done before doesn’t mean it can’t be done. You know what I would do if I was CG? I would combine the 2 recent styles of events.

First to unlock the Falcon At 5 stars you would need rebels and you would be attacking the empire. Ackbar as the capital ship and then the 6 available rebel ships. Because these have been available for a while it would be extremely difficult. C3PO style difficult for the final unlock stage.

Then to get the final 2 stars the Empire would be retaliating and hiring BH to track the Falcon down. This would require the 4 BH ships. This would be much easier to play, but the difficulty would obviously be having the ships at 7* to be able to attempt the event.

This would be a fun style, and CG would make bank.

Am I the only one laughing at those squealing in outrage at young Lando's possible requirement, as it somehow has "nothing to do" with Han's falcon?

Same ship, people. They could weave it into the challenge with a simple gambling scene for those that never saw the Solo film.

Agreed+no legendary ships has been released so far. While CG doesn't have to apply the same principles on special character events, it would make sense this way.

Chimaera is technically a legendary unlock. It's the only one so far though, and it's a weird legendary, so you're right in that there's not much in the way of precedence.

You must not be using refreshes then. If you got BH to 5 Star you have farmed at least 95 shards per BH ship, assuming you started at 3* 0/30. Assuming you did not use refreshes, had you used 2 refreshes a day you’d have farmed 3 times as many shards, or 285 shards, which is 190 more shards than you farmed, which you’d be sitting with 7* ships right here and now.

As for the lando 6* that’s a head scratcher, I rarely used refreshes on that farm, maybe 5 total, and had that ship 7* in middle December.

It's gonna require Bounty Hunter ships not scoundrel ship which means Dengar's ship is missing so yea

It can’t be worse than Hounds Tooth. If you paid $300 for him you had a nice long run at the top with him.

If this follows the Chimera style ship unlock, there are only two ships that should be required.

The Imperial Tie Fighter and Slave I.

Most of the Legendary/Heroic/Ancient events stick close to the lore. Chimera required both Phoenix ships seeing as they were Thrawn's primary opponents. The same should hold true for the Falcon because the Tie Fighter is the primary opponent that the Falcon squares off against. The first dog fight in Star Wars was the Falcon versus Tie Fighters in Episode 4. In ESB, the Falcon is chased by Ties through an asteroid field. In RTJ, the Falcon and Ties duke it out in a massive fleet battle. It is the one ship that is deserving of being required for the Falcon. Slave I makes since it stalked the Falcon to Bespin in ESB. The only other ship that remotely should enter the conversation is Vader's Tie Advanced since the Falcon did engage it and its escorts in ANH to save Luke.

That all being said, I have zero problem with the third ship being required being BH since it makes sense considering what we have in game. I figure the event is going to be difficult that you would require four or five ships regardless.

I honestly don't expect Imperial Tie Fighter to be required since there is little money to be made in it. However, it would be a shame if it is not because of what it represents. The first dogfight in Star Wars history.
