Arena 3v3, his MaraJade with 254 starts and i don't get to play a single turn. Tried with 4 of my best teams. Also he had a datacron boosting 15% of turn meter whenever Empire toons inflict a debuff, totally broken, but ok.
What is not ok is that she gets to start when my toon Moff Gideon has 261 speed.
I'm assuming Vader started the TM train, cause he gains +16 speed each for himself and EP, plus another 8 speed from Mara. Once he does a throw, it gives TM to everyone.
Hux with a full FO team stops TM gain (while he has advantage.)
JKR also gives tenacity up at the start of battle, that would delay the train.
Clones are another option.
