Palpatine leader skill broken

So I test out Palp last night..... First match up against an Old Ben team. Palp is 165 speed right now and didn't land too manny stuns, which was fine, 70% chance leaves room for it to miss, ,BUT the...

Ah that is true. Well in any case, I still believe it is mind tricks being almost irresistible rather than palp's leader ability being broken.
