Panic Farming :) double drops?

We were told that phoenix would be needed when they were released. Some more fortunate bought packs but those who werent were stuck at 3* for months. We had time to gear them but shards just werent available. Then suddenly there was a thrawn legendary event, phoenix became farmable, but not near enough time to farm 5 or 6 toons from 3* to 7*. So they gave us double drops. If we were lucky could get at best a 5* thrawn without any purchases. Now is different, it is well known phoenix unlocks thrawn in a legendary event and there has been plenty of time to farm them. I really don't see them doing double drops this time. For sure there will be packs in the store.

I suppose they would offer you some packs to purchase, but double drop makes absolutely no sense at all. This is the second time for the Thrawn event. Double drops happened the first time. It was your choice whether to finish Phoenix or not after the first event. It's incredibly stunning that this thread even exists.

I wasnt here when the first even happened. I had a break for many months. I build from zero PheoniX. Got only month for this. So what was that choice ? In your dream i had a choice.

Just started a few weeks ago..most of them are 5 star, only two need a lot more shards. Been farming them a week. Not enough time
