New year, new hope!It's time to change!! Why we get so much new chars nobody need? There are so many players who play thisgame with the wrong payout time! maybe a few minutes work, but you'll get happy players. happy players invest money in the game, so we get happy devs!! think about it!

highest rank within 24 hours instead of rank at payout would solve all problems imho.

Or we could be allowed to pick a payout time that suits us

My former guild had 40 military personnel who travel a lot so the original time zone they setup is no longer valid. But since they love star wars they still play even tho it means not always getting 600 energy spend because they miss energy boosts. Solution, not much you can do about the arena elements of the game but they should increase the energy accumulation so you no longer have to login to get the boosts. There are plenty of reasons to login to the game now so this feature is obsolete. Full disclosure, I have a personal interest in this because I moved 3 time zones so I miss my last reset. Lastly, even if it weren’t a big issue as you contend, then it should not create a competitive issue if they manually changed a few players recorded time zones. I'm level 85 and i thought its not a big problem. however it is a big problem!I have a email from ea/cg, during the registration that my problem was a server problem.I just don't understand how you got to level 85 without realizing it was a big problem.

While it is a problem for those it affects, the change is not an "easy one". The difficulty comes from the fact that it can be abused, which means people can be asking to change the payout after setting the timezone different on their device. This would probably happen a fair amount I would bet and no way to prove who is being dishonest. Also once they open the door to that, people will request it.Honestly this would be better suited for <>. If you post there and it gets a lot of attention it may get some consideration. The "me too" and additional posts help issues get more priority.

No it wouldn't. Well, I mean it would, but at the cost of rewards. They'd have to lower all the rewards because everyone would get higher payout spots.

I’m not sure what would be the best option here, but I hate my payout. Family dinner with kids at 17-18, payout at 18. Play much do I??

Waiting for daylight savings again, might give me a chance to play BEFORE my payout.

Let me switch my payouts to e.g. noon my time and I’d be very happy.

How will you handle that? So my payout is PST (pacific standard time) but i live in the middle european timezone. So tell me how will you handle the payout?
And the other problem is, you can not stay on first place, every team in pvp is beatable.
so again, how will you handle it?

There are a lot of people who don't like the 5-7pm payouts for various reasons, but there aren't that many people with a completely wrong time zone set. That would only happen if you moved to another continent, were traveling when you started playing, or had your phone set to the wrong time, so it isn't all that common.
