So if you had a later squad arena payout you completely miss out on your crystals, but if you had a payout prior to the update you get to double dip? How is that fair?

Gotta stop some time. Would you rather they selectively gave out 500 only to people whose payout was in the last half of the day? Whose day? My last payout was 8pm last night, so my last arena payout was 15 hours ago. Should I have received the 500 or not? What would your fair solution be? Somehow update the game one payout bracket at a time?This is as fair as it practically gets.

20 minutes so far of closing/restarts, as well as device on/off. Guildmates say “started after a couple crashes” but I can’t even BUY a crash.

everyone got 500 crystals yes, so if you got your p.o before update you got the double bubble, Mine is to come in 10 minutes and i just got the notificiation for update so i probably lose 500

No all they had to do was update it at the last bracket of the day. Not rocket science this one!
