Well, it definitely takes some good mods. I tried doing P2 and P4 without remodding for all the speeds ... yeah no, that did not work. In the end, for P2 I put my warp speed mods on Padme at 333, C3PO at 286, Shaak Ti at 284, and Kenobi at ~276.
For Ahsoka I think I put my slow-but-offense-heavy Yoda set on her, only 152 speed but 7976 damage which worked because she assists so much. Either that or I put my CLS set on her for 245 speed and 7316 damage. I do not remember now.
At any rate, had to move a bunch of mods around to get speeds up to where they needed to be. For P4 I just made Droideka as fast as possible and then dumped my CLS set on Ventress and cleared it.
All characters were at R4 with C3PO the lone exception at g12+5.
