DV died in episode 6 and he has been reworked twice. Yoda got a rework, Ventress, Boba, etc...
Just cause someone died doesnt mean they wont get a rework. If there is money to made it will happen, if there isnt it probably won't.
All those characters you named didn’t die in the movie that was being shown for the characters that were getting those reworks
