Please account for daylight savings

The title says it all. I'm on EST and 10pm fleet shipments refresh is just too late. I'm a working professional and need to be up at 530am. Having spent hundreds of dollars on this game I'd like to at...

It depends on when you started. Two people can be in the same time zone, but if one starts during dst and the other not, the two times will be an hour off.

Not the way it works. They would both end up at the same time and would change to the same time at the next dls time.

Then how come people are saying their night energy/shipments are being moved to 10? Clearly it has been 9 for them this whole time mine have been at 8.
