Technically you can control the speed order to a certain degree. You would have to do a little math and neuter some of your teams speed a large amount in some instances. Here's a great read and it tells you how to do it if you're interested. I use sith Assassin so I was facing the same problem myself having my 228 Badstila go before my 287 DR. ?
