It does make sense, they have been defined as 2 different actions.
TM gain triggers Kylos abilities
Bonus turns do not.
You read that wrong. He's saying his SLKR loses H/P in both situations, whether it's TM OR a bonus turn. It shouldn't trigger the H/P loss if it is a bonus turn.
