So no new about EP unique under zader...
Before it's wasn't removing tm to rebells/jedi not shocked, now it's not removing tm at all....not even on schocked ennemis

You can take sthan to get enough tm to your EP so he can shock every droids...but it doesn't last long because EP is'nt removing TM

I tested in GW this morning. Had multiple instances where Palpatine's shock reduced turn meter on rebels who were not targeted. No observed instances of shocked enemies receiving turn meter reduction when not actively targeted. My GW was light on Jedi, so I didn't pay as much attention to them.

dathcha lead does TMR on shocked droids, if you're looking for an alternative for zader.
