Poe needs these updates!

I love Finns zeta and wish I could love a resistance team. The problem is Poe. While I love that Finn taunts after Poe loses it and the chance for expose he really offers little else. I suggest these updates to make him competitive with other characters

1) increase the tenacity buff to 30% and the heal per resisted effect to 12.5%

2) when Poe uses his taunt skill if Finn is present he assists.

3) Omega leveled taunt skill has 100% expose chance. (Look at zeta sidious for reference)

4) basic ability grants a chance to grant a random ally foresight

I don't think these changes are anything crazy, just make Poe more in line with the majority of other characters.
